Caroline Morris, CCS, CCE, CSC
Chef Caroline's career features over 25 years of food service experience, beginning
as a server, then moving into the kitchen, followed by her enrollment in culinary
school at Johnson & Wales University. She spent years in fine dining prior to becoming
a culinary instructor in Atlanta, GA. Chef Caroline then earned a Masters degree
in Food Science and moved into Research & Development. After working in R&D
for five years, Chef Caroline has transitioned into her current marketing role at
Pilgrim's.
Chef Caroline is certified as a Certified Culinary Educator (CCE) and Certified
Sous Chef (CSC) by the American Culinary Federation. She is also certified as a
Certified Culinary Scientist (CSC) by the Research Chefs Association.
But more importantly, Chef Caroline's formal training, coupled with her creativity,
allows her to develop tasty, healthy chef-inspired meals that don't require a chef's
training to duplicate at home.
